Lindsay Lohan is reportedly dating starlet Spencer Falls, one half of the Virgin Mobile spoof couple "Sparah."
Lindsay and Spencer recently featured in a photo shoot by Lindsay's friend Tyler Shields, in which Falls was seen groping Lindsay's naked breast. The two were in a car inside the 2nd Street tunnel in downtown Los Angeles.
The latest issue of Star magazine has a photo of Lindsay and Spencer stepping out of Lindsay's Venice Beach home on July 12 for what turned out to be a romantic dinner date at Chateau Marmont.
An onlooker told Star magazine that Lindsay and Spencer had cocktails before dinner.
"Lindsay seemed totally smitten by him and just really happy," a fellow diner told Star. "It was really refreshing to see her back to her old self again."
