Penelope Cruz Hollywood Walk Of Fame Star Ceremony This Friday


New mom Penelope Cruz will soon acting honor to add to the Best Supporting Actress Oscar she won in 2009. The Spanish-born star is set to receive a star of her own on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame later this week. The 36-year-old Academy Award-winner — who has set the silver screen aglow in flicks such as Vicky Cristina Barcelona and Nine — will become the 2,436th Tinseltown celeb to have her name literally set in stone during a ceremony at the El Capitan Theatre this Friday

Rob Marshall will host.

The gesture is believed to be in recognition of Pene becoming the first Spanish actress to nab an Oscar.

Cruz recently gave birth to son Leo, her first child with husband Javier Bardem, in February.
