Charlie Sheen is officially a single man. Down, Girls! The union between the former Two and a Half Men actor and his second wife, Hollywood socialite Brooke Mueller, was formally dissolved on Monday.
The divorce has been finalized six months after both bride and groom filed a petition to end their marriage. Per the final divorce decree, Mueller will reportedly receive $55,000 a month in child support from Sheen for their twin boys, age 2. According to a clause in the financial agreement between the former couple “under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to [Sheen's ex-wife] Denise Richards for [daughters] Sam and Lola.” In addition to the monthly child support, Mueller also received a one-time payment of $757,698.70 and $1 million payout for her share in the couple’s Los Angeles home, which Sheen will keep.
Mueller is currently in rehab for the second time in 13 months as she continues her ongoing battle against addiction to crack cocaine. Sheen, on the other hand, is crisscrossing the US on his Torpedo of Truth Speaking Tour.
