Brooke Mueller believes Charlie Sheen violated the terms of their divorce agreement when he recently joked about teaching their 2-year-old twins Bob & Max the word rehab.
Charlie Sheen, who recently wound up his My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat Is Not an Option tour, is spending the weekend with the twins, his first visitation since March when a judge ordered Bob and Max to be removed from his custody and handed over to Brooke.
Subsequent to the court intervention, lawyers for Charlie and Brooke hammered out a new custody arrangement between the feuding parents.
Ironically, it took Charlie just one visit under the new agreement to rile up Brooke enough to want to redraft it.
Charlie told TMZ Saturday morning that he is working on improving the boys' vocabulary.
"I am teaching them words, because they're speaking now. I'm teaching them the word 'rehab' so they always know where their mom is."
Brooke reportedly wasn't amused. A source close to her tells RadarOnline.com:
"Under the terms of their divorce settlement, Charlie isn't allowed to publicly speak about Brooke in any negative way, and Mueller is convinced he is violating that agreement. Charlie is saying thing that she believes are an attempt to make her look like a bad mother and she's had enough of it."
Brooke is currently undergoing rehab. A source tells Radar that she spends the nights at home with the twins along with a sober living companion. She also has her parents to support her.
According to the source if Charlie continues to make such jokes, Brooke will go to court to stop him.
