Harry Potter star Emma Watson has been named the best dressed woman in the world while popstar Lady Gaga topped the list of fashion offenders.
The 21-year-old actress knocked another British beauty Cheryl Cole, who topped last year’s list, into second place in Glamour magazine’s list.
Third in the magazine’s rankings is Twilight actress, 21-year-old Kristen Stewart.
Youngest on the list is Hollywood star couple Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’s five-year-old daughter, Suri Cruise, who the magazine said, “has the most coveted wardrobe in Hollywood”.
British PM David Cameron’s wife Samantha grabbed the 19th spot for “seamlessly marrying classics with fashion-forward pieces”.
The list of fashion offenders included 24-year-old Gaga who was slated for her favourite ensemble, studded bra and knickers.
British glamour model Katie Price joined the Pokerface hitmaker on the Worst Dressed list.
