More trouble for Weston Cage: Proving once more that the apple doesn’t fall far from the looney, the shaggy-haired celebuspawn of troubled and cash-strapped Oscar winner Nicolas Cage was arrested and charged with felony domestic violence following a bloody brawl with his estranged wife, recent rehabber Nikki Williams.
Both newlyweds were taken into custody, law enforcement sources divulged to TMZ.com.
“…Witnesses say Nikki struck Weston with a bottle, cutting his arm. But we’re told Nikki had visible injuries as well, and that’s why cops booked both newlyweds,” the site writes.
Last month, Weston was admitted to the psychiatric ward after he attacked his bodyguard on the heels of another argument with Nikki. Incidentially, Cage was arrested in New Orleans on April 16 after an altercation with his wife Alice, resulting in one count of domestic abuse and one count of disturbing the peace.
