Hello,
I had seen no issues travelling wih out receipt notice . But I got my H1 stamped till 2010 . I received my receipts yesterday and I know some one who received EADs after travelling to India with out receipts . Remember this is only my personal expereince and not sure if this is a standard .

Going by the trend, you have to make sure that the application reaches USCIS by April 2nd. April 1st is a holiday.
Can we send the application early, like one week in advance ?

I am in the same state as your's. After talking with Lawyer and after reading lot of forums, i went ahead and submitted with PAR:PAROLEE for both Manner of Last Entry and Current Immigration status.
I am not lawyer :) but that's waht i went with and submitted just yesterday

I've read at the vfs website and also the forums that Returning US Workers are qualified to apply for Emergency appoitment. Has anyone on this forum done this and successfully got visa stamped ? Also is there any document needed to support the emergency or just the fact that we have to return to the job is enough to qualify for this category?

as long as both PDs are current they will start to process an application with the earliest RD first.

Hi,
I am trying to renew my EAD/AP myself and wanted to check if I will be getting the EAD card and AP documents by mail to my address.
I am avoiding the lawyer, as he's charging unreasonable amount.
Question:
When self-filing, would I be getting the EAD/AP documents at my home address???

As far as I know employer sponsorship is not required for EB-1 EA case; not sure why you had to file I-140 for this ...........
EB-1 EA does not need labor certification, but still needs I-140.

Hi All
I did paper based filing through lawyer on may 5 with check $340 has been encashed and I waited now 2 weeks but still there is no receipt notice in mail.
SO i called my bank and ask them whether there any receipt number on the back of check but agent told me that there are no 13 digit number just bank stamp and there is only one 9 digit number that he has given me but on the case status thats a invalid number
Please help as I am worried that if evry thing is fine or should I e-file as well as my licence is also expiring next month now how should get a reciept number

Can somebody please throw some light on this issue.
I have an approved H1extn till 2013 but I had moved to the new location and new project since then but I don't have a new LCA. And now when I'm planing to go to india and appear for visa stamping I don't have the new LCA for my current location.
When I asked my lawyer, she said that I need to apply for fresh H1 extn. This doesn't make sense to me, Can I only get new LCA for my new project location ?
Do I need to get my H1B amended with this change ?
Please help me on this ...
