Halle Berry Gets Restraining Order Against Intruder
Actress Halle Berry has been granted a restraining order by the court against a man who was earlier found trespassing her Los Angeles home thrice in a week.
The man who has been recognized as Richard A Franco, is ordered to stay 100 yards away from her and her daughter Nahla at all times, reported Contactmusic.
“This person has invaded and trampled upon the most fundamental sense of security I have and I am extremely frightened of him and what he might do to me or those I love,” Berry said in the court.
Judge Carol Boas Goodson from the Los Angeles Superior Court has issued a temporary order against the 27-year-old Franco.
The guy was first spotted by Berry when he was standing on the other side of a glass door in her kitchen, but had previously jumped a wall at her home.
Franco has a history of violence and drug offenses and is still in custody, with bail set at USD 150,000.
