Elizabeth Hurley, Arun Nayar Had No Prenuptial

Elizabeth Hurley reportedly didn't sign a prenuptial agreement with her estranged husband Indian born textile heir Arun Nayar.

The two married in 2007 with lavish wedding ceremonies in Sudeley Castle England and Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, India.

A source tells UK's Daily Mail, "A pre-nup would have been a deal-breaker for Arun. He has his pride."

Other than coming from a wealthy family, no one is quite sure how Nayar makes a living. According to the Daily Mail, he has no known assets in the UK.

Hurley is reported to be worth £13 million. Her assets include a £4.3 million farmhouse in Gloucestershire, South-West England, as well as a £2.5 million townhouse in London's exclusive Chelsea district, which she co-owns with former boyfriend Hugh Grant.

However, the lack of a prenuptial is unlikely to dent Hurley's wealth substantially since she made most of it before her marriage to Nayar.

Hurley, 45, announced over her Twitter account on Sunday December 12 that she and Nayar, 46, had separated several months ago.

The tweet came soon after News of the World published a report romantically linking her to Australian cricketer Shane Warne.

Hurley reportedly spent two nights with Warne in a London hotel and during the period the two were photographed kissing each other.

On Tuesday morning, December 14, Hurley tweeted: "Painful, sad days. Arun & I separated for private reasons but FTR he has been a great father to our son Damian & will always be in his life."

Warne lives in Australia with his ex-wife Simon Callahan and their three children. Amidst reports that he has been trying to reconcile with Simon, Warne clarified on his website.

"Sadly and unfortunately, Simone and I split up a while ago, our close friends and family were informed at that time. It is a private matter so we did not make it public. We remain friends and will continue to be good parents."
