Rihanna and boyfriend Matt Kemp have reportedly split.
"It happened over the last few weeks," a source tells Us magazine. "She basically was just over it."
Rihanna, 22, who has been dating Matt Kemp, 26, since late 2009 hasn't been seen with the LA Dodger outfielder for a while.
Kemp and Rihanna were last photographed together in New York in November. Rihanna has, of course, been busy promoting her new album Loud in the US and Europe.
Rihanna spent Christmas with her family in Barbados, where she is currently vacationing, sans Kemp.
According to the Us magazine source, Rihanna's relationship with Kemp "was never as serious as it looked" and the two grew apart because Kemp "just can't keep up with her crazy travel schedule."
"Matt's sick of always following after her like a puppy dog all over the world. He wants something more normal," the source adds.
There has been no official comment from Rihanna's rep.
