Britney Spears will reportedly release the first track - Hold It Against Me - from her upcoming seventh studio album on January 7.
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly for their latest issue, Sharon Dastur, program director for New York's Z100, confirmed an earlier report by PopJustice.com that the track has been produced by Dr. Luke and Max Martin.
"The beat that they give her is really unique compared to other artists - this infectious bass beat beneath the song. Plus, the hook is just amazing," says Sharon.
Earlier this month, Dr. Luke confirmed the existence of the track over his Twitter account.
On December 2, her 29th birthday, Britney announced over her Twitter account that her new Album will release in March 2011. The album is yet to be titled.
