Midwestern conservatism is throwing a monkey wrench in Kim Kardashian’s love life.
The amply-endowed socialite, 30, has taken up with New Jersey Nets hoopster Kris Humphries — this after ditching millionaire-dollar-model Gabriel Aubry following a shortlived romance that began late last month. Hollywood snoops, however, fear the 6-foot-9-inch forward, 25, may soon become just another casuality of Kim’s checkered relationship track record now that his parents have voiced their displeasure with his relationship with the reality star.
The Humphries are described as conservative Midwesterners, who haven’t warmed up to the idea of their Golden Boy son, a former Utah State star, dating a woman best known for her “fast Hollywood lifestyle, Playboy pictorial, and headline-making sex tape.”
“Kris’ parents want him to concentrate on his basketball career and stay far away from Kim and the Hollywood scene,” an expert on all things Kardashian divulged in a recent interview with The National Enquirer.
