Repeat rehabber Lindsay Lohan wants to go home…for the holidays.
Lohan plans to seek permission from substance abuse counselors at the Betty Ford Center in Palm Springs to take a brief leave of absence from the facility to travel to her native Long Island, NY, where she hopes to spend Thanksgiving and Christmas with her family.
The troubled actress has been receiving treatment at the clinic since late September. On Oct. 22, Lohan was granted a reprieve from jail and ordered to stay in rehab until Jan. 3 after she tested positive for cocaine while on probation for an earlier offense.
