Salman Khan has been named brand ambassador of Mountain Dew at a whopping fee of Rs 5 crores.
Salman, 43, becomes the first ever brand ambassador of the lemony Pepsi drink in India.
Until now the company used action stunts in their commercials.
Salman recently signed up with Matrix India Entertainment Consultants to manage his endorsements.
Salman is currently filming for Anees Bazmi's Ready with co-star Asin.
The Dabangg star will end the year with double whammy cameo appearances in both films releasing tomorrow, December 24 - Farah Khan's Tees Maar Khan and Rajshri Productions' Isi Life Mein.
