
Lindsay Lohan will make a professional comeback next week with a photo shoot in the Palm Spring area for a leading magazine, reports TMZ.
The 24-year-old star is undergoing court mandated rehab till January 3 at the Betty Ford rehabilitation facility and has been making good progress. Earlier this week, Lindsay moved into a sober house that is a part of the Ford rehabilitation clinic, to facilitate her reintegration into society.
From the sober house she went on a shopping trip with her father Michael Lohan.
Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, tells TMZ, "The move to the sober house is part of the program so that Lindsay is integrated back into society, and all the outings she's taken have been pre-approved and encouraged by program representatives."
The planned photo shoot next week will allow Lindsay to earn while continuing to be under the supervision of her counselors at the clinic.
There have been reports earlier that Lindsay currently doesn't have enough money to pay for her rehab.
On a different note, sources tell TMZ that doctors at the clinic have been encouraging Lindsay to spend time with both her parents together next month. Lindsay and Dina have long been estranged from Michael and frequently spar using the press.
Doctors believe that by sitting together with her estranged parents Lindsay maybe able to resolve some of the conflicts that could have led to her drug abuse.
Lindsay Lohan voluntarily checked into the Betty Ford Clinic on September 28.
During a probation violation hearing on October 22 in her 2007 DUI case, Judge Elden Fox ordered Lindsay to continue rehab till January 3.
