Mel Gibson has reportedly filed legal documents asking the judge overseeing his child custody dispute with former girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva to strip her of physical custody rights over their one-year-old daughter Lucia.
According to TMZ, Gibson wants managing custody of Lucia, with Oksana being entitled to only supervised visitations, without overnight stay.
Gibson moved the court after Oksana appeared on Larry King Live on Wednesday, November 17.
In the legal documents, Mel contends that Oksana's false and derogatory statements against him were an attempt to sully his character; she is not acting in the best interest of their child.
Oksana was reportedly warned by Judge Scott Gordon that if she spoke to the media she would risk losing custody of Lucia.
