This was probably one of the most expected news all over the world, and finally Princes William has popped the question. Clarence House officially announced yesterday the Prince’s engagement to Kate Middleton. The wedding will be sometime in 2011, though they haven’t set the day for what sure-to-be the party of the year, maybe of the century. Wiliam and Kate have been dating for eight years, with a pause in between. Speculation about the wedding have already began, but details remain as a mystery. A friend of the family told press, “Everyone is absolutely delighted. He has never had eyes for any other woman since Kate came on the scene. She is going to make a wonderful wife, a wonderful princess.”Kate is the epitome of what many girls all over the globe have ever wanted for themselves – to become a princess. Probably some girls are crying out because their chance to become a princess is over. But are you sure you want a princess-like lifestyle? yes, you’ll live in a palace, have the most wonderful and exotic vacations, and blah. From now on, Kate will also be followed by bodyguards every single minute of her existence, her wardrobe will be scrutinized as only the British press knows and her private life is all gone.
