Tony Parker has reportedly counter filed for divorce from Eva Longoria in Bexar County, Texas, where the couple have a home.
According to TMZ, In his petition Tony states the following as being the reason for the divorce;
"The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationships and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation."
Earlier, on November 17, Longoria, 35, filed for divorce from Parker, 28, in a Los Angeles court citing "irreconcilable differences."
In Texas, a divorce can be finalized in just 60 days, while in California it takes a minimum of 6 months.
The counter filing by Tony in Texas suggests the divorce could turn contentious.
Curiously, despite a reported prenuptial between the couple, Tony states in his filing:
"Petitioner believes Petitioner and Respondent will enter into an agreement for the division of their estate."
Even more curiously, Tony's attorney, Richard Orsinger, is also representing his former San Antonio Spurs teammate Brent Barry, whose wife exchanged sexually charged texts with Tony.
