Selena Gomez Premieres New Track 'Who Says'

Selena Gomez premiered the lead single – Who Says - from her band's upcoming third studio album on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS FM Morning Show on March 8, 2011.

The single will be available for download from iTunes on March 14.

The accompanying music video, directed by Chris Applebaum, will premiere on Disney Channel March 11.

The band will appear on The Late Show with David Letterman and The Ellen DeGeneres Show in March to perform the song live.

Explaining the song, Selena told Seacrest it is about, "Who says you are not perfect."

It is aimed at people who want to bring you down.

Seacrest pointed out that the song reflected Selena's growing maturity and asked if she felt older than her 18-years.

Selena surprised Seacrest by saying she felt as if she was 15.

Speaking about her Disney Channel show - Wizards of Waverly Place - that is coming to an end after four years, Selena said she was grateful for the show but it was time to move on.

"It's been like my high school, I think it is time to graduate," Selena says.

As to her future plans, Selena says she is booked for the next year and a half.

Asked what she was looking forward to most in that year and a half, Selena promptly replied, "My first headlining tour."

Selena says the tour will probably start late July.

"I want it to be a rave. A big G rated rave," she gushed.

The tour will include a Britney tribute. Selena explains that the first CD that she possessed was Britney's 'Baby One More Time.' It was also the first concert that she attended.
