Deepika Padukone looked a space faring torment in a super shining platinum one shoulder draped gown at the launch of Kingfisher Swimsuit Calendar 2011 on December 18 in Mumbai.
Kingfisher Swimsuit Calendar models are carefully picked for their ability to torment hapless males into utter submission. The 24-year-old Break Ke Baad star herself featured on the 2006 edition of the Calendar. Deepika wore a floor length gown cinched at the waist for shape that launched us on a voyeuristic journey fueled by our wild imagination to explore what the gown shielded from the eye. Deepika matched her Greek Goddess gown with a complementary hairstyle - long wavy tresses, reddish brown highlights and French braided top. She was seen bonding with the Mallyas and her Bollywood colleagues while sipping on (that looked like) a lime soda. Other celebrities attending the event included Salman Khan, who launched the calendar, Sameera Reddy, Dino Morea, Raveena Tandon, Rahul Khanna, Yana Gupta, Lisa Haydon, Milind Soman, Jacqueline Fernandez, Madhavan and Sophie Choudhary.
