Jennifer Garner gave it some welly during a guest appearance on Sesame Street. The 38-year-old actress taught viewers about “galoshes” the American word for Wellington boots. “We are here to tell you about a pretty fun word. The word is galoshes,” she said, standing next to Sesame Street character Abby. “Galoshes are waterproof boots you wear in the rain.” Garner, who is married to actor Ben Affleck, pretended to look shocked as Abby used her magic wand to conjure up a pair of boots. But it took the pink fairy three attempts first trainers and then cowboy boots before she made a pair of wellies appear. The pair then took cover together as rain began to fall.
