Prince William and fiancée Catherine Middleton have released two official portrait photographs to mark their engagement.
The photographs were taken by Mario Testino on November 25, 2010 in the State Apartments of St. James's Palace, London. Peruvian photographer Mario Testino lives in London and frequently works for the British Royal Family. In the past he has photographed Prince William, Prince Harry and their mother late Princess Diana. Testino said: "I am very happy to have been asked to cover this historic moment that the whole world was waiting for. "They are in their prime and brimming with happiness. I have never felt so much joy as when I see them together." Mario's candid pictures of Princess Diana taken for Vanity Fair in 1997 were exhibited at Kensington Palace in 2005.
