Not only is James Franco a Best Actor nominee for his role in 127 Hours, he’s set to host this year’s Academy Awards alongside Anne Hathaway.

Reacting to his nomination on The TODAY Show with Matt Lauer and Meredith Viera this morning, the thesp says “it’s a big honor.”
“It feels great. I’m here in New Haven. I’m about to go to class,” the Yale student remarked after waking up to the news.
The 83rd Annual Academy Awards will be handed out during a live telecast on ABC on Feb. 27. The King’s Speech leads this year’s nods, with an overwhelming 12 honorable mentions.
