Carrie Underwood Radiant in Red at American Country Awards

Carrie Underwood wowed in an off-the-shoulder scarlet Georges Chakra Fall 2010 gown at the first ever American Country Awards on Monday, December 6 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

The Edition by Georges Chakra chiffon number had sequined sheer tulle bodice, cinched sparkling waist and full skirt with a thigh high front slit on left leg.

Carrie accessorized with golden Rene Caovilla heels, silver clutch by Rene Caovilla as well and Coomi gold earrings.

Her twin shade hair was styled in a lose and teased side chignon and side swept peek-a-boo bangs. As always, her makeup flawlessly matched the opulence of her long gown - thick kohl eyeliner, bronze eye shadow, lots of eyelashes, pink blush and light peach lipstick.

The 27-year-old country star took home six awards, winning each award that she was nominated for and became the top winner of the night. Apart from winning the coveted Artist of the Year Award, she also won Album of the Year for "Play On," Best Female Music Video, Best Female Single and Tour of the Year.

The awards were based on fan votes.

Country music superstars Toby Keith, Rascal Flatts, Reba, Blake Shelton and Josh Turner performed during the show.
